1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using GrantOrb UA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

GrantOrb UA is an AI-powered platform for finding, evaluating, and preparing grant applications for Ukrainian applicants — businesses, startups, NGOs, researchers, students, public sector bodies, and consultants. We provide an information and preparation service and do not guarantee funding outcomes, eligibility, or success. Users are responsible for submitting their applications through official grant provider portals. Platform operator: Denis Kontrovsky.

3. User Accounts

• • You must provide accurate and current information
• • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• • One account per person or organization
• • You must be at least 18 years old

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• • Free plan available indefinitely with limited features
• • Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly via Stripe
• • You may cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
• • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

5. AI Matching & Accuracy

Our AI matching provides recommendations based on your company profile and available grants. Recommendations are informational and do not constitute financial or legal advice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or currency of grant information.

6. Prohibited Use

• ✗ Automated data collection or scraping
• ✗ Submitting applications with false information
• ✗ Reselling or redistributing access to the service
• ✗ Attempting to circumvent limitations or abuse AI features

7. Limitation of Liability

GrantOrb UA is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including decisions made based on AI recommendations.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through settings. We may suspend or deactivate accounts for violation of these terms, with notice where feasible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved under Ukrainian law, with jurisdiction in Kyiv courts.
